Baggage FAQ
Unaccompanied baggage refers to personal items shipped separately from you when you travel, either by air or sea, to your destination.
Right now we mainly focus on India but we offer baggage services to other countries, upon request.
Transit times vary depending on the destination and shipping method. Our team will provide an estimated delivery time upon booking.
You can ship personal items such as clothes, books, and small household goods. However, restricted items like perishables, liquids, and hazardous materials cannot be shipped.
These items should be carried in your hand baggage; lithium batteries and power banks.
Here is a list of items NOT accepted as unaccompanied baggage.
Explosives, compressed gasses, oxidizing substances, organic peroxide, flammable liquids and solids, firearms, radioactive materials, corrosives, poisonous/toxic infectious substances, dry ice, and items prohibited by the Food and Drugs Act of Canada and by the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada are NOT PERMITTED.
If your bags are not accepted, we will bring the bags to our office and all costs accrued to retrieve the bags and bring them to our office will be charged to you.
Yes, we offer customs clearance and doorstep delivery once customs is cleared.
